Federico Osvaldo Valiño
Graduated from the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2007 and member of Abeledo Gottheil Abogados since 2006, he has complemented his professional work with different post-graduate studies, among them the Specialization in Contracts and Damages of the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain (2018).
He is mainly devoted to complex litigation and arbitration and provides advice to multinational companies on corporate and contractual issues from an integral viewpoint, especially focused on conflict prevention and dispute resolution.
His academic background has been completed with different post-graduate studies: a Course on Modern Business Contracts (XXVII), Business Law Legal Concept of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, 2014; Training Course on the Practice of Business Law, Universidad de Buenos Aires, 2009; Course on Modern Business Contracts (XXVI), Business Law Legal Concept of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, 2011.
Between 2015 and 2016, he was President of CAMBRAS Joven, young professionals’ area of the Argentine-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce of the Argentine Republic (CAMBRAS).
He is currently the sub-editor of the Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Journal of www.eldial.com, by Editorial Albrematica S.A. and a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal and the Colegio de Abogados de San Isidro.
He has been recognized by Latin Lawyer 250.
