Through Decree Nº 406/2019 (in force as from 10/06/2019), the National Executive Power introduced several modifications to the Used Capital Goods Import Regime.
This amendment aims at simplifying the administrative procedures corresponding to the import of used capital goods included in the tariff positions of chapters 84 to 90 of the NCM, in order to provide for their use in various production processes.
