Exchange regulations. Their negative impact in foreign trade

The author analyzes the negative impact in our country’s Foreign Trade that causes, on one hand, the imposition of certain regulatory restrictions to the exchange market control lately implemented in Argentina and on the other certain “non-regulatory” conducts of many banks that restrict, arbitrarily and unreasonably the payment of imports.
