Education: University of Buenos Aires (Lawyer, 1988). Lecturer on “Banking Guaranties”, Spanish Trade Association in the Argentine Republic, 1991. Assistant Professor on Corporations corresponding to the Master in Business Law in the University of the City of Palermo, 1992. Advisor at the Undersecretariat of Telecommunications, 1992. Specialist in Custom Law, International Trade and procedures before the O.M.C. (former GATT). Specialist on Exchange Law (Forest Club). External advisor of the Chamber of Importers of the Argentine Republic (CIRA). Author of articles on Right of the Integration. Advisor in banking and monetary matters. Advisor in Administrative proceedings and agreements. External Advisor to the Argentine Navy. Member: Comité de Abogados de Bancos de la República Argentina.
