The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) has taken another step toward modernizing processes related to foreign trade by launching a platform that allows exporters to directly and individually access information regarding their export operations. The official announcement is available at the following link: https://www.bcra.gob.ar/Pdfs/noticias/bcra-sistema-SECOEXPO.pdf.
Through the “BCRA – Foreign Trade Monitoring” service, available on the ARCA website and accessible using a tax identification code (clave fiscal), users can review the status of export permits, identify those that have been completed, those nearing expiration, and those presenting any non-compliance issues.
The platform also enables users to download reports and submit specific inquiries.
This initiative aims to facilitate the monitoring of export operations—particularly for SMEs—by reducing administrative burdens and enhancing the traceability of information originating from Customs and financial institutions.
Such developments simplify procedures and improve access to critical information. Transparency and efficiency remain key pillars in the continued strengthening of Argentina’s foreign trade framework.
