Abeledo Gottheil is pleased to announce the appointment of Analía M. D’Oria as Director of the Firm’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice. A highly regarded practitioner with extensive experience advising both domestic and international clients on sophisticated corporate and M&A transactions, Analía’s appointment further strengthens one of the Firm’s strategic practice areas.
Analía M. D’Oria is a lawyer specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and complex corporate reorganizations. She has extensive experience advising multinational companies and business groups on the structuring and implementation of local and cross-border transactions, including joint ventures, transfers of going concerns, and share and asset acquisitions. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Buenos Aires in 1995 and immediately began her legal career at Allende & Brea, where she practiced until 2005. From 2005 to 2025, she was a partner at Dentons Argentina (formerly Rattagan, Macchiavello & Arocena). In 2000, she completed postgraduate studies in Commercial Law and Competition Law at the University of Salamanca (Spain), and in 2003 she obtained a postgraduate degree in Corporate Legal Advisory from the University of Buenos Aires. In 2007, she attended the Academy of American and International Law’s Intensive Institute on International and Comparative Law in Texas, United States. Between 1994 and 2004, she served as a teaching assistant to Professor Oscar Ameal in the Civil and Commercial Obligations course at the University of Buenos Aires School of Law. Alongside her professional practice, she is actively involved in pro bono initiatives aimed at promoting educational opportunities and access to education for children and adolescents.
