Within the framework of the emergency, on 19/5/2020 the Decree of Necessity and Emergency 488/2020 which provides for the implementation of various urgent and transitional measures, in particular the impossibility of importing oil and the establishment of a domestic fixed price, in order to isolate and protect domestic industry from the adverse effects of the international price crisis and to restore orderly activity in the local oil industry.
