Through Provision No. 371/2019 the Environmental General Directorate of the Matanza Riachuelo Basin Authority (“ACUMAR”) has regulated Articles 10 and 11 of Resolution 297/2018, which created the Registry of Establishments and Activities of the Matanza Riachuelo Basin and determined the subjects obliged to register, as well as the way to carry out such registration and the data to be incorporated.
