At the request of Speed Publicidad, a member of the Cepas Group, the National Judge of First Instance in Federal Civil and Commercial Matters in charge of Court No. 6 prohibited El Carmen S.A. from using the trademark “POMELADA”, owned by Speed, to identify the product “CITRIC Pomelada con Menta y Gengibre”.
