Our partner, Gabriela I. Buratti, acted as moderator in the panel “The vision of the members of the National Tax Court”, in the Tax Conference of IDEA 2023, held on May 24, in the Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center.
At said conference Messrs. Pablo Garbarino (Member of the National Tax Court), Pablo Porporatto (Member of the National Tax Court) and Juliana Paccini (Law Clerk ot the National Tax Court) presented their views, addressing the main tax and customs matters currently at issue.
