On 4/20/2021 the call for bids of the Province of Mendoza was opened for the design, development and execution of a masterplan for the exploitacion under a concession of a new tourist development area including, in addition the tourist development, sports and recreation development of Perilago del Dique Potrerillos, located in the Departments of Luján de Cuyo and Las Heras, Province of Mendoza.
The call invites domestic, national and international investors to submit development projects under the terms set forth in the bidding conditions.
The submission of bids is expected up to July 23, 2021, at 11 a.m., date on which the seal envelopes will be opened.
