Our partner Hernán Martín Oriolo have participated as moderator, together with Julio César Rivera, Jr., in the first session of the Series of the Meeting on Damages in International Arbitration, organized by ICC Argentina on August 25th, 2022.
Adriana San Román, expert in damages in international arbitrations, Valentina Know Vial, expert in arbitrations, estimation of damages and free competition and Daniel Marx, expert in estimation of damages in arbitrations and executive director of Quantum Finanzas, took part as speakers in the meeting and analyzed the assessment of damages in arbitration.
