Within the framework of the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development has issued Resolution 104/2020, published in the Official Gazette on 6/4/2020.
Resolution 104 accepts what was decided in Decision XXVIII/1 of the 28th Meeting of the Parties, “Kigali Amendment”, regarding the incorporation of hydrofluorocarbons as substances with high global warming potential; adding this compound to the Import and Export Licensing System.
