We are pleased to share that our partners, Javier Gelis and Joaquín E. Martinez, participated in the IBA Regional M&A Conference, “Mergers and Acquisitions in Latin America — Building Bridges Through Business: Rethinking M&A in the Americas,” held from March 23 to 25 at the Enjoy Punta del Este Resort & Casino in Punta del Este, Uruguay.
During the event, Javier and Joaquín attended high-level panels addressing current trends in mergers and acquisitions in Latin America, featuring distinguished speakers and keynote presenters, including former Uruguayan President Julio María Sanguinetti.
The conference also provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen relationships with colleagues from across the region and to expand our network with professionals from Latin America, the United States, and Europe, reaffirming our position as a leading firm in mergers and acquisitions and our commitment to transactional practice and advisory services in cross-border M&A operations.
