Pursuant to Decree No. 1062/2026, the Secretariat of Energy and Mining (SEyM) of the Province of La Pampa authorized the call for National and International Public Tender No. 1/26 for the granting of a concession for the exploitation of the “El Medanito” hydrocarbon area, pursuant to Law No. 3640 and Law No. 2675.
The key terms and conditions for prospective bidders include:
- Concession term: twenty-five (25) years.
- Tender specifications: available free of charge as from July 6, 2026, at the offices of the SEyM (Av. San Martín 355, 1st Floor, Santa Rosa, La Pampa; Tel.: +54 9 2954 456818) or through seym.lapampa.gob.ar.
- Inquiries: may be submitted as from July 6, 2026, by email to licitacionesseym@lapampa.gob.ar.
- Data Room: available for purchase as from July 6, 2026, at a cost of US$15,000.
- Submission of bids: until 9:00 a.m. on October 30, 2026.
- Opening of Envelopes A and B: commencing at 12:00 p.m. on October 30, 2026, at the Salón de Acuerdos (2nd Floor, Government House of the Province of La Pampa, Santa Rosa).
